A cultural trait?

Is there a particular Danish way of doing business, as opposed to a Swedish way? In my various dealings with clients on the other side of Öresundsbron I have been given reason to believe that the answer to that question is yes. But being part Danish myself I hesitate, because I myself would never have been able to do this:

Whenever answering a question is to your own benefit, then answer promptly and quite demandingly. Whenever answering a question has to do with your payment for work done, then administer the silent treatment. For weeks and months and years, if necessary.
